Problem	Probable Cause	Solution
Not sticking	RIMiQ only sticks once	If the product isn't sticking during installation or you are trying to reinstall, please contact us. RIMiQ only sticks once.
Pulling away during installation	Surface of wheel is not flat	Go back over your installation and ensure you are getting a complete and strong bond to the curved edge.
Pulling away or fell off	Surface of wheel was not properly prepared	Wheel surface should be thoroughly cleaned with an alcohol-based cleaner then wait until completely dry.
	Applied to an already curbed wheel	Sand down the wheel surface, so the tape can bond to a flat surface.
	Installed in too cold environment	It's best to work inside a climate controlled garage or when the temperature is above 50F. A hair dryer can be used to heat the wheel.
	Got wet too soon	It's best to avoid rain and/or wait 24 hours or longer after installation to wash your vehicle.
Seam shows	Not cut to look seamless	A replacement product may be necessary.
I want to remove	RIMiQ has worked but ready to change the look	Carefully peel off the trim by hand. Use rubbing alcohol or a 3M rubber eraser wheel to remove residue.
