Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Additional shipping options, including expedited and international shipping, are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Available Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available shipping options include:

  • Free Standard Shipping (2–3 business days) via USPS or UPS within the continental USA

  • USPS Express or UPS 2-Day Shipping (additional cost)

  • FedEx or UPS Next-Day Shipping (additional cost)

  • International Shipping (additional cost)


Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order value of $10 USD is required for all purchases.


Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner?

Customers within the United States may choose expedited shipping options, including next-day delivery, for an additional fee during checkout.


Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.

While we strive to maintain this standard, processing times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States Orders

Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Expedited shipping options may arrive as quickly as the next business day.

International Orders

Most international orders arrive within 15–20 business days.

However, customs inspections and processing may occasionally delay delivery by up to 60 days.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

Please note:

  • Some international first-class mail services do not provide full door-to-door tracking.

  • For enhanced tracking visibility, we recommend selecting an international priority shipping option during checkout.


Payment Processing

Credit card payments are charged in full at the time the order is placed.


Multiple Shipping Addresses

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories for an additional shipping charge.


PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses when a USPS shipping method is selected during checkout.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note the following regarding international orders:

Tracking

Our most economical international shipping option is First-Class Mail. This service may not provide complete door-to-door tracking.

For better tracking visibility, we recommend selecting an international priority shipping service during checkout.

Duties & Taxes

International duties, customs fees, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay these fees before your package can be released for delivery.

First-Class Mail Inquiries

If you select First-Class International Mail, tracking information may be limited. In such cases, please contact your local postal service for shipment updates.


Hazardous Materials

None of our products are classified as hazardous materials. Therefore, no special shipping restrictions apply.


Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange shipment of the correct product.


Product Fitment

All RIMiQ products are designed with a universal fit.

Because of this, fitment issues are extremely uncommon across vehicle models.

If you require additional product length or assistance with installation, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.


Address Changes

If your shipping address changes after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request rerouting.


Lost or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order, please first check the shipment status using your tracking number.

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us for assistance.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at 619-500-3669.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Retain the original shipping box and packing materials.

This information helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of an order, the shipment will be returned to us and additional fees may apply.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, please accept delivery and then follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
