Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RIMiQ, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item remains in its original packaging.

  • The item is not custom-made for your vehicle.

Products that have been used are not eligible for return, as our products are designed for one-time use.


Exchange Eligibility

You may exchange a product within 30 days of purchase provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item remains in its original packaging.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Contact us and let us know why you would like to return the item. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2

We will provide you with the correct return location. Returns sent without an RMA number or to an incorrect location cannot be processed.

Step 3

Ship the item back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Step 4

Once received, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund.

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny any return if we believe our return policy is being misused.


Wrong Item Received

Although rare, if we send the wrong item, we will promptly correct the mistake and ship the correct product as soon as possible. Please contact us and we will assist you immediately.


Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you ordered the wrong product, you may return it provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products.

  • Custom-made products manufactured specifically for your vehicle.


Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as returned products are not resold to other customers.

Depending on the condition of the returned item, a higher restocking fee may apply.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by RIMiQ is non-refundable.

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


Refund Processing

How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?

Returns are typically inspected and processed within 5 business days after they are received.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at 619-500-3669.

We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. Defective or damaged products must still be returned to us.


Lost Return Shipments

If your return shipment does not arrive at our facility, we cannot issue a refund. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your return package and retaining tracking information.


Gift Returns

If someone else purchased the item for you, the return may still be processed; however, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

In many cases, an exchange may be the more convenient option.
