The RIMiQ Guarantee

NOTE: Our guarantee is effective January 1st, 2019. Orders placed before this date are not eligible for warranty replacement, but may be eligible for a discount replacement under our old policy. Contact us for more info.

At RIMiQ, creating quality parts is our utmost priority. We take great pride in all the work that goes into manufacturing our world-class products. We invest in continuous research and development to ensure quality and innovation without compromising on the high standards our customers have come to expect.

We have a stringent quality control and testing process in place, so our products are incredibly durable and will serve you for a long time.

If you are ever dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact us and we’ll work with you. We’ll ask you to send the product to us for inspection. If we can verify that the product isn’t up to our standards by no fault of your own, we can provide a replacement for $12 per 10 feet of material, which covers shipping and handling for the replacement. The guarantee is limited to one replacement only.

Terms and Conditions

This guarantee is valid under the following terms and conditions:

1. The guarantee only covers products that are properly installed. For the lip, that means using the included screws. For the other products, that means following the process for cleaning the vehicle and applying adhesive.
2. This guarantee only applies to vehicles that are driven under normal conditions. This means the guarantee does not apply to vehicles that are used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes.
3. This guarantee is only available to people who buy the product from AllFitAutomotive.com. Any RIMiQ product purchased on eBay, Amazon, or elsewhere will not qualify.

Exceptions

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we stand behind the quality, design, and workmanship of every product we sell. Even if we can't offer you a replacement or deep discount under the terms of our guarantee above, we may still offer you a smaller discount for your trouble. For example:

• If you accidentally installed an RIMiQ product incorrectly, we can offer a discount for a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
• In the extremely rare occurrence that your RiIMiQ product shows more wear and tear than normal, please contact us with your original order information and provide photos of the condition of the lip. We could offer a discount on your next purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Disclaimers

This guarantee cannot be confused with a warranty. A discount is not guaranteed. It is up to RIMiQ to determine, through its sole discretion, if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. The decision to provide a discount, as well as the amount of the discount, is determined on a case-by-case basis.

This guarantee is in lieu of any other guarantee, expressed or implied. It includes a discount for a replacement of the defective part, if applicable. It does not include installation labor, nor does it cover any consequential damages due to failure of the component.
